Abstract
WebGUI fix pack 8.1.0.35 and later will not support WebSphere 8.5.5. Staying current on WebGUI fix pack from 8.1.0.35 on will require migration to a new WebSphere Application Server 9.0.5.x installation.

Support for the version of Apache Struts used by WebGUI up until version 8.1.0.35 has ended. WebGUI 8.1.0.35 introduces a newer, supported Struts version which is not compatible with WebSphere 8.5.5. As a results, customer's must migrate to a new WebSphere Application Server 9.0.5-based WebGUI installation before applying WebGUI fix pack 8.1.0.35 or newer.
