APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• For some threshold events the system pushes them from the
  Threshold to the Filesystem component internally. Due to
  misaligned data the event could get suppressed.
  

Local fix

• Instead of using default threshold rule create one that only
  looks at gpfs_fset_freeInodes absolute number to reliably raise
  events or check Inode usage over time in the GUI

  Work Around:
  Instead of using default threshold rule create one that only
  looks at gpfs_fset_freeInodes absolute number to reliably raise
  events or check Inode usage over time in the GUI
  
  Problem trigger:
  Some parts get sorted and if fileset name get sorted before file
  system name the issue hits. Most likely with uppercase fileset
  names (assuming lower case filesystem name)
