Error description

  • afmCheckRefreshDisable is a tunable at the cluster level today
to avoid refresh from going to the Filesystem itself and return
from the dcache. But it applies to all AFM filesets in the
cluster, when tuned. Need a fileset level tunable to do the same
so that it doesn't impact all other filesets in the cluster like
    it does today.
