Error description

• Starting a Liberty JVMSERVER which uses the cicsts:zosconnect
  features causes an issue with the server starting the bundle
  com.ibm.cics.wlp.json with the following error output by the
  Liberty server:

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: z/OS Connect feature within the Liberty *
  *                      JVM server fails to start with          *
  *                      unresolved requirements.                *
  ****************************************************************
  A Liberty server is configured to use the CICS defined z/OS
  Connect feature by adding cicsts:zosConnect-1.0 or
  cicsts:zosConnect-2.0 to server.xml.
  
  When the Liberty JVM server starts the cicsts:zosconnect
  features fails to start.  Within the error log of the JVM server
  there is an OSGi unresolved reference for
  org.apache.commons.io.output.
  

Problem conclusion

• UI97509
  
  CICS has been updated to add the commons.io jar to the
  cicsts:zosconnect-1.0 / cicsts:zosconnect-2.0 features.
