Problem
Accessing components of IBM Cloud Pak for Integration 2023.4.1 that were installed with a version of IBM Cloud Pak foundational services prior to 4.6.3.
Symptom
Cloud Pak for Integration 2023.4.1 uses an embedded Postgres database; the license key for the database expires on October 1, 2024. When the license key expires, EDB storage will no longer be accessible, and users will not be able to authenticate to Cloud Pak for Integration.
