  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: New APG and INFO endpoints have been    *
  *                      added to the OperationsAPI              *

  Up until now the users have not been able to see detailed
  information specific to resource of the type APG like the
  members belonging to a specific APG. The user also had to
  check if certain processes, like refreshing a policy,
  have finished by repeatedly checking manually.
  

Problem conclusion

• To see information specific to APG resources, two new endpoints
  have been added. The /groups endpoint returns all resources of
  the type APG. These can be filtered to only show the relevant
  resources. The second endpoint called /groups/{resourceID} uses
  the ID of one specific APG as a parameter. This will return
  additional, more detailed information about this APG. There are
  also 3 new informational endpoints which can be used to monitor
  the progress of certain processes. There are two endpoints
  called /start/info and /stop/info which can be given a resource
  specific ID which will then wait for the resource to start or
  stop, depending on the endpoint that was used. Once the status
  of the resource changes, the endpoint informs the user of this
  event. The new /policy/refresh/info endpoint does the same
  thing for refreshing a policy.
