Troubleshooting
Problem
When you add an item to a Framework Manager model and publish it to a reporting package, the item appears in the left pane menu of the dataset but cannot be added to the dataset.
It fails with "identifier not found".
It seems as if a new dataset must be created every time new items are added to the underlying Framework Manager model
