Error description

• An unload randomly fails with an ABENDS0C4 in
  oenclaveBootXplink() on line oenclaveEndCpuTime(pthread);
  This occurs very rarely only when very specific timing
  conditions occur.
  

Local fix

• none but a new run of the failing unload is usually successful.
