  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides enhancements to the  *
  *                      process of invoking Db2 Admin Tool by   *
  *                      using the ADBL CLIST with CMD           *
  *                      (command). It adds support for the      *
  *                      column, oper, and value fields on       *
  *                      panel ADB21 in the CMD parameter so     *
  *                      that additional selection criteria      *
  *                      can be used in the API.                 *
  *                      This APAR also fixes the following      *
  *                      problems when invoking ADBL CLIST with  *
  *                      CMD:                                    *
  *                      1) Some ISPF panel variables are not    *
  *                      set.                                    *
  *                      2) Long object names are truncated.     *
  ****************************************************************
  The following syntax can now be specified in the CMD parameter
  for the ADBL CLIST:
  ?xx {qual.}name{,column oper value}
  where:
    xx is the object type
    qual   is the optional qualifier for the object
    name   is the name of the object
    column is an optional Db2 catalog column
    oper   is the condition. For example:
       =, != ,!< !>, >, >=, <, <=, <>, IN, NOT IN
    value  is the value of the associated column name
  
  Note that CAT can be used instead of ?
  
  Examples:
  
  ?K collid.pkgname,VERSION=version
  
  CAT K collid.pkgname,CONTOKEN=#HEX(contoken-in-hex)
  
  Note that #HEX(hhhh) is a special construct that results in the
  value field on panel ADB21 to be set to X'hhhh'
  
  Support for VALUE=X'hexstring' was also added to panel ADB21.
