Troubleshooting
Problem
While configuring the KHT agent (ITCAM for HTTP agent) on the IBM® AIX® 7.3, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12, or SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 operating system, the agent fails to determine the Apache Runtime version.
Symptom
The following error message is displayed on the console and the agent logs.
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program /usr/IBM/HTTPServer/bin/httpd because of the following errors:
0509-150 Dependent module libpcre.a(libpcre.so.0) could not be loaded.
0509-022 Cannot load module libpcre.a(libpcre.so.0).
0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.
KHTC0006E Error: Unable to determine version of Apache runtime specified by home path /usr/IBM/HTTPServer/conf/httpd.conf
