From the queue history, we can see that the site was deleted and
recreated soon after the upgrade, and the newly created site
would have no customisation of course

Local fix

Problem summary

  • The custom blocks and content that is shipped with the Portal by
default are subject to translation updates. This means if you
have customized them with your own content, you will see that
removed on upgrade due to the Portal adding the new updated
content back to its block over the top of what was added.

Problem conclusion

  • Although custom content should be to blocks and content owned by
the customer, the default content is now no longer dynamically
translated or updated so any changes will persist. When new
languages are added the new language is still added as a one off
with default content which can then be customized. Fixed in
    10.0.5.8 and 10.0.8.0
