  1. Fields SMF996_CLASS_NM and SMF996_PRD_NUM in section
  SMF99_S6_SRV are commented out in the SMF type 99 record
  definition.
  2. There is no toleration for SMF type 99 subtype 12 and
  subtype 14 in the IZPCA record definitions.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Record definition DRLRS099 is changed to include a record
  procedure to access the fields SMF996_CLASS_NM and
  SMF996_PRD_NUM.
  2. Record definition DRLRS099 maps the SMF type 99
  subtype 12 and subtype 14 fields.
