Error description

• HPU terminates with return code 4 instead of 0 and the
  unexpected message below:
  
  INZU131W EBCDIC MIXED SUBSYSTEM CCSID IS NOT DEFINED.
  COLUMN NUMBER col-number WILL BE UNLOADED IN DEFAULT SBCS CCSID
  
  when all the following conditions are fulfilled:
  the SELECT statement of the HPU command contains a hexadecimal
  constant the Db2 sub-system is not MIXED therefore the EBCDIC
  MIXED CCSID is not defined
  

Local fix

• None, the unexpected warning message and return code 4 can be
  ignored as there is no impact on the unloaded data.
