Summary
SOAR introduces a new permission "Run Actions" for Global Roles in v51. It is a known issue for it can only be viewed in English version in browser in v51.0.2.0.9764. The customer can't see this option if they use other languages in browser. To be able to view actions, customer needs to set the browser language to English as a work around.
Objective
This is known issue addressed in https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/defect/aCIKe000000fxuZOAQ/dt386671?language=en_US&myns=slc&mync=E&cm_sp=slc-_-NULL-_-E. The "Run Action" check box can only be viewed in English version when the browser language is English. If customers use other languages, they need to set the browser language to English as a work around.

e.g in French, or Simple Chinese, the Run Action Mode is not displayed under Incident Permissions Roles settings:


Steps
-Goto broswer set the language to English

-You can see the Run Action Mode is shown and it is unclick.

-Enable the "Run Action" option, as the work around addressed in the known issue address in https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/defect/aCIKe000000fxuZOAQ/dt386671?language=en_US&myns=slc&mync=E&cm_sp=slc-_-NULL-_-E
