Error description

• When Compare is used to increase the size of column and change
  CHECK CONSTRAINT on this column on subsystem with
  DDL_MATERIALIZATION ZPARM set to ALWAYS_PENDING, ADD CONSTRAINT
  will fail with SQLCODE -546.

  When Object Compare is used to alter a column and change a check
  constraint on the same column on a Db2 subsystem with
  DDL_MATERIALIZATION ZPARM set to ALWAYS_PENDING, an ALTER COLUMN
  statement is generated after ADD CHECK CONSTRAINT. This behavior
  can cause an SQLCODE -546 if the new check constraint is not
  valid for the old column type.
