Error description

• In IBM Engineering Workflow Management 7.0.3, the deployment
  rollback will report success but does not actually rollback load
  modules.
  
  The rollbackManifest.xml added embedded blank lines which caused
  processing to fail.
  Additionally, BLZDEPZP included some restrictive parsing.

• The xml and script can be modified manually.
