Summary
MMI provides out-of-the-box a lot of features to retrieve information from the server using OLSC/ HTTP GET.
One of those information is related to JMS queue. Where you can make connection tests to validate if JMS queue server is running.
However, there is a feature that is not present and is deeply used in the External System application on Maximo. Which is to count how many messages are in a specific queue.
I will describe how to achieve that step by step.
