Automation scripts stop working after environment upgrade

Problem

Automation scripts are not working after operating system of the application server machine was upgraded

Symptom

Logs are showing this error:
ERROR: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org/apache/http/util/VersionInfo.getUserAge nt(Ljava/lang/String;Ljava/lang/String;Ljava/lang/Class;)Ljava/lang/String; (loaded from file:/opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv01/installedApps/Cell01/MAXIMOUI.ear/lib/httpcore-4.2.4.jar by com.ibm.ws.classloader.CompoundClassLoader@cc88503e[app:MAXIMOUI]
