APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The command DEFINE LIBRARY LIBTYPE=ACSLS  fails  on all Linux
  platforms with ANR8399E message.
  
  
  
  
  
  The following messages are seen in the server console and are
  logged in the server actlog when it fails:
  
  
  ANR2017I Administrator SERVER_CONSOLE issued command: DEFINE
  LIBRARY xxx libtype=acsls acsid=1
  ANR8399E The IBM Storage Protect server receives a status as
  STATUS_NI_FAILURE from ACSLS server.
  ANR8856E ACSAPI sequence(8) request (0) timed out, elapse
  time=00: 01:01.
  ANR8855E ACSAPI(acs_query_server) response with unsuccessful
  status, status=STATUS_IPC_FAILURE.
  ANR8444E DEFINE LIBRARY: Library XXX is currently unavailable.
