APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • A user without an IBMID (IUI) was added to a subscription
    and could not access Storage Insights after accepting the
    invitation.  Storage Insights does not load.  The following
    message was displayed instead:
    
    You have successfully established a secure connection to
    Storage Insights.
    
    
    As a workaround, a user with administrator role in Storage
    Insights can remove and re-add user.
