PH61234: WORKAROUND MISSING FOR SLOW PROCESS LOADING

Error description

• After upgrading the DevOps Deploy server from v7.3.1 to
  v8.0.0.1, slowness might be observed related to loading
  processes.  This includes:
  loading the Application > Processes tab
  loading the Component > Processes tab
  loading the Process drop down box after selecting "Request
  Process"
  A workaround option to mitigate the performance issue is missing
  in the product.
