Troubleshooting
Problem
User logins to IBM MRO IO application and gets a message "No access has been configured for IBM MRO Inventory Optimization applications. Please contact support."
Cause
No access role provided to user and hence user gets this message upon logging into the application.
Resolving The Problem
User needs to have at-least one access role assigned to successfully get into the application.
