APAR status

Error description

  • PROBLEM Description:
    When a time zone is used that is different than the time zone of
    the server, the alignment on the graphical view tab in the
    Graphical Resources application is not correct.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Login to Maximo
    
    2. Use a time zone on the profile that differs from the timezone
    of the server location. Once set log out and then back into
    Maximo.
    
    
    3. Go to the Graphical Resource View application
    
    4. Open any existing record
    
    5. Click on the Graphical View tab and zoom in one level.
    
    Result: Alignment is not correct
    
    6. Change the users default timezone to null
    
    7. Log out and log in once again.
    
    8. Go to the Graphical Resource View application
    
    9. Open any existing record
    
    10. Click on the Graphical View tab and the alignment is
    correct.
    
    The more the time zone on the user profile differs from the time
    zone of the server, the more the alignment is off on screen.
