Error description

• HIPAA compliance check map execution performance impact when
  SNIP Type 5 checking / validation is enabled.
  
  Example: HIPAA 837I PACDR data file with 50K transactions with
  one claim per transaction takes more than 2 hours to complete
  with SNIP Type 5 validation turned on and about 7 minutes to
  complete with SNIP Type 5 validation turned off.

Problem conclusion

• Removed extraneous full type 2 checking if passthrough was
  successful and type 5 enabled.  Also improved efficiency of
  pattern match rules.
  
  Applies to:
  Healthcare Pack HIPAA 10.2.1, 10.2.2.
  
  Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
