Troubleshooting
Problem
Administrators experience issues upgrading QRadar managed host, the process requests to accept the License Agreement and it fails with a system setup failed error after accepting the agreement:
System setup failed. Please logout/login on the console terminal to reconfigure system.
FAILED to install QRadar Log Manager
Note: A managed host upgrade does not require to accept the License Agreement, in this case the request is part of the issue.
Resolving The Problem
- SSH to the QRadar console as the root user.
- SSH to the managed host where the upgrade fails.
- Run the following command:
echo `date` > /opt/qradar/conf/.configdone
- log out and login to the system:
logout login
- Run the installer
Result:
The installation runs successful without asking to accept the License Agreement.
