Users unable to open folder in Cognos Analytics that contain legacy Powerplay content

Troubleshooting


Problem

After an upgrade of Cognos Analytics users are having issues navigating to folders that contain legacy content such as Powerplay 7 Reports or Powerplay 8 Reports. The folder content never loads in the browser.
