Error description

• Customer is issuing a REPORT command while performing a BROWSE
  of live DB2 data or of an EXTRACT of such.
  The produced report may show unexpected SO/SI (shift-out/
  shift-in) characters for GRAPHIC data or missing output for
  certain data types when untranslated output requested.
