LtpaToken2 cookie conflict with BAW and Filenet console session opened in same browser

Question & Answer

Question

BAW Process Portal and Filenet Navigator seem to be having session problems related to LtpaToken2 cookie, when opened in the same browser.

It appears that LtpaToken2 is being created by both BAW and Filenet using the same domain (example domain:  .acme.com).
As such, they appear to be overwriting each other's token value, when having those two open in the same browser window causing session issues.
When tested in different browsers, there is no issue observed.
These are two conflicting URLs:

BPM - https://bpw.igateway.acme.com/ProcessPortal/dashboards/SYSRP/RESPONSIVE_WORK

EDM - https://inticn.acme.com:12036/navigator/?desktop=edmsearch
Is it possible to change either the domain or the cookie name to avoid this naming conflict?
