A step-by-step guide to using the preferred method for changing DS8000 HMC network settings, in seven easy steps.
Step 1 - Direct your browser to https://hmcname/hmc/connect
Step 2 - Login to the DS8000 Web User Interface (WUI) as customer
Step 3 - Click on HMC Management
Step 4 - Click Change Network Settings
Step 5 - Click the Name Services tab
Step 6 - Click the DNS Enabled box, edit the fields as required, and click OK
Step 7 - When the process has finished, click Logoff
