Unable to add or retrieve documents after an upgrade

Troubleshooting


Problem

Upgraded Content Platform Engine from 5.5.8 to 5.5.12 base version.  Health check looks good.
FileNet Upgrade Status status shows upgraded
Unable to add or retrieve documents from the upgraded 5.5.12 repository.
 

Symptom

Receive the following error in ACCE:
The [initialize] operation on the fixed content provider [com.filenet.engine.content.fcprovider.centera.CenteraFCP(0)] failed. Message was: FPLibrary (libFPXML64.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

ce_system0.log has the following message:
