Files referenced by API Connect Gateway service identification credentials must be in PEM or P12 format

Troubleshooting


Problem

Users will experience a problem with their API Connect Gateway service not being able to start up if they have configured the Certificate or key referenced by the identification credentials with a file that doesn't have file extension pem or p12.
