Email attachments showing filename with _utf-8b2 instead of the actual report name

Troubleshooting


Problem

When receiving email attachments from Cognos, the email attachment filenames start with "_utf-8b2" instead of the actual report name. For example:
_utf-8B2KfZhdiq2K3Yp9mGLnhsc3g_
This is only an issue when content locale is non-English, or more prominently, using languages that use double-byte characters or have to rely on unicode encodings.
