  IMS Tools Setup generates an IVP job (#R1IVP2) for IMS HP
  Change Accumulation Utility. This job uses the custom job
  processing method and requires RACF UPDATE authority to write
  JCL procedures to the system PROCLIB library.
  This APAR changes the required level of RACF authority from
  UPDATE to READ by changing the job processing method of #R1IVP2
  to standard job processing.
