Error description

• When attempting to update seas properties through the "Custom
  Jar" option, customer encountered an error which is "Invalid
  value specified for File Name !" preventing the re-upload of a
  property file.
  

Local fix

• Fix is being done and now we can re-upload property file without
  any error
