Error description

• In HA Cluster setup upgrade of the second Deploy cluster member
  will fail due to cancel workflows groovy script.
  'Error trying to cancel currently running processes' | Caused
  by: : com.urbancode.cm.db.updater.ApplyException:
  java.lang.NoSuchFieldException: compressedData
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1.Install Deploy 7.3.0.1 on HA Cluster with two cluster members.
  2.Upgrade Deploy to 8.0.0.1, second cluster member will fail.
  

Local fix

• Disable cancel workflows groovy script.
  Path of the preupgrade_sql.xml file:
  ibm-devops-deploy-8.0.0.x\devops-deploy-install\database\deploy\
  preupgrade\all\preupgrade_sql.xml
  Line:
