PH52287: REFRESH MAY FAIL ON THE TARGET WITH ERROR "NO HANDLING FOR OPERATION OF TYPE: REPORT_POSITION" IF SOURCE IS CDC FOR Z/OS

Error description

• When running refresh from a CDC z/OS source, a REPORT_POSITION
  message may be issued improperly before refresh finish and leads
   the refresh to fail on target side. This most probably occurs
  during the process when CDC z/OS source engine detects the
  desynchronized activity of a Db2 Utility and reacts with the
  refresh or differential refresh for the affected table

  CDC for z/OS source engine neglects to disable sending
  REPORT_POSITION message for the refresh activity invoked during
  mirroring, this may lead error "No Handling for operation of
  type: REPORT_POSITION" on target and refresh to fail.
  

Problem conclusion

• The logic has been corrected to disable sending REPORT_POSITION
  message for the refresh activity invoked during mirroring.
