IJ50453: PADMIN UNABLE TO LOGIN AFTER VIOSUPGRADE TO 4.1

Error description

• In case you are using a "old" mksysb image (old means
  more
  than 3 months) to perform the viosupgrade, it is possible
  that padmin user faces an expired password issue when
  rebooting on the updated version "4.1" of the OS.
  At login after reboot, login fails with :
  From console :
  login: padmin
  padmin's Password:
  [compat]: 3004-327 Your password has been expired for
  too\
                     long.
  3004-321 Please see the system administrator to change
            your password.
  
  From ssh :
  padmin@vios2's password:
  Permission denied, please try again.
  

Local fix

• # viosvrcmd -m <Managed System Name> --id <VIOS lpar id>
  \
    -c "chuser -attr maxage=0 padmin"
  # viosvrcmd -m <Managed System Name> --id <VIOS lpar id>
  \
    -c "chuser -attr maxexpired=-1 padmin"
