Problem
Thumbnail requests are generated and show up in the thumbnail request table. However, the thumbnail table is not getting populated and therefore the thumbnail is not showing up in Administration Console for Content Engine (ACCE) or in IBM Content Navigator (ICN)
Symptom
In the Content Engine ce_trace0.log output with Asynchronous, Sweep and Thumbnail subsystems enabled, the messages show requests are generated, but no sweep dispatcher is running:
