Is IBM MQ dmpmqmsg provided with the MQ Client installation image?

a) Starting with MQ 9.1, dmpmqmsg is provided with the MQSeriesRuntime fileset, which means that is shipped with the MQ Server AND with the MQ Client.

The MQ rpm fileset that provides this utility is:

For example, in MQ 9.3.0.2 Linux:
**ROOT** stmichel1.fyre.ibm.com: /opt/mqm/bin
# rpm -qf /opt/mqm/bin/dmpmqmsg
MQSeriesRuntime-9.3.0-2.x86_64
