Error description

• This enhancement enables Online Structure Change to adjust the
  allocation size of intermediate work data sets to avoid
  ABENDB37 (out of space) or oversized data sets. Two parameters
  will be added:

  SORTOPT_FILSZ_PCT=

  The new WKDS_SIZE_PCT keyword allows changing the allocation
  size of the work data set during the Online Structure Change
  processing.
  The new SORTOPT_FILSZ_PCT keyword allows changing the value of
  FILSZ for internal sorting.
