IBM Engineering Workflow Management 7.0.3 StatusLogger errors on application start up and no logs generated

Troubleshooting


Problem

In IBM Engineering Workflow Management 7.0.3, when the startup_log4j2.properties file and the log4j2.xml have not been updated to reflect the location of the logs and log4j2, errors will be displayed and logs for the applications will not be generated.
