PH60168: COMPONENT VERSIONS TAB UNDER A SNAPSHOT IS NOT SORTING PROPERLY BY NAME

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Component Versions tab of an Application Snapshot is not sorting
  properly by name. It produces the incorrect sorting results for
  both ascending and descending requests when clicking the
  Component column header.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create component 'comp2'
  2. Create component 'comp1'
  3. Create component 'comp3'
  4. Create an application 'test_application'
  5. Click the test_application and navigate to components tab
  6. Click 'Add Components' button, select the components from the
  dropdown which we have created in step 1,2,3 and Save it
  7. Navigate to Snapshots tab under application and create a
  snapshot 'test_snapshot'
  8. Click the test_snapshot and navigate to Component Versions
  tab. Components are not sorting even after clicking the
  Component column header multiple times
