Problem
Mailbox extract begin randomly failing with error: "Message ID xxxxx is not known."
Symptom
When a routing rule runs and automatically evaluates mailbox messages, the BP started randomly fails at the mailbox extract begin step with error:
"Message ID xxxxx is not known."
Searching for the message ID in question via the dashboard mailbox message interface returns no results, the message ID cannot be found.
