APAR IJ47740: Integration Bus (IIB) agent does not display data for a few attributes on AIX systems

Troubleshooting


Problem

This technote provides the steps to resolve the errors that are displayed after configuring the IIB agent for Application Performance Management and IBM Cloud App Management.

Symptom

After installing and configuring the IIB agent, the data for Broker status attribute and Execution group status attribute is not displayed on APM UI, instead the following errors are displayed while configuring the IIB agent:  
  • BIP2277W: An error occurred while opening user exit directory
    '/opt/ibm/apm/agent/aix526/qi/config/wmb80/lib64'.
  • BIP2277W: An error occurred while opening user exit directory
    '/opt/ibm/apm/agent/aix526/qi/config/wmb110/lib64'.
