Troubleshooting
Problem
When you run either IBM Tivoli Composite Application Manager for Application Diagnostics Managing Server launchpad.sh or setup_MS_lin.bin script file, you get an end-of-file message on the Red Hat® Enterprise Linux operating system 8.
Symptom
Following error is noticed when running either of the script files.

Launching InstallShield Wizard........
./setup_MS_lin.bin: line 1926: warning: here-document at line 1926
delimited by end-of-file (wanted `/dev/null')
The installer is unable to run in graphical mode. Try running the
installer with the -console for -silent flag.
