  Provision fails with error code 99998 at 22% during step
  "Retrieving application image contents" with the following
  error message in the UI:
  
  Attention required
  Unexpected exception.
  Cause: An unexpected server exception occurred. Review the
  server logs for more details.
  Code: 99998
  Resolution: Review the cause in the server logs and contact IBM
  Support for further assistance.

Local fix

• On the Linux target, ensure PROMPT_COMMAND does not change PS1.
  If it does, unset PROMPT_COMMAND prior to provisioning.
