Configure JDBC Data Source and Configure LDAP Test Connection issues in the Content Platfform Engine Configuration Manager (CMUI)

Troubleshooting


Problem

In the Content Platform Engine Configuration Manager, open a profile, select one of the tasks to configure a JDBC connection,  then click on Test Connection. If a popup appears prompting you to save your input, the test connection works as expected.

However, if you do not explicitly save your changes or do not get prompted to save your changes, the test connection either hangs or an error message displays.

The same issue can occur when testing an LDAP connection.
