Error description

• When viewing port congestion metrics for SAN switches in Storage
  Insights, the Zero Buffer Credit Percentage was greater than
  100%, which is incorrect. This metric is based on time and
  should not exceed 100%.

  FC port congestion metric. It is about zero buffer credit
  percentage, that is always above 100% this its a metric based
  on time and should not pass 100%.
