Error description

• Specifying IDENTITY column without attributes in a CREATE TABLE
  for the DECLARED TEMPORARY database in r710 makes the
  SYSIBM.SYSSEQUENCES.CYCLE column blank instead of 'N' or 'Y'.

  tables were always set to cycle regardless of db2 defaults
  or user specifications.  Consequently, values in the identity
  column will always wrap even if session.syssequences indicates
  that the Cycle/No Cycle option is set to "N"
  

Problem conclusion

• The code in DSNXICSQ has been modified to properly initialize
  the internal structure to respect the Cycle/No Cycle option.
