Summary
In rare circumstances, there may arise a need to reflash an IBM MQ Appliance to its factory settings. One such scenario occurs when the administrative password is forgotten and no backup administrator was enabled on the appliance. The reflash process requires the intervention of an IBM engineer. However, certain additional steps are required from the customer's end to ensure the appliance is restored to a functional state.
